It's hard.

In case you were wondering, it is hard to come back to blogging after a prolonged absence. I mean, do you note the absence on the blog or do you continue as if it never happened at all?

And then once you decide whether or not to acknowledge or ignore it, do you go back and account for old things that happened last week, last month - okay, who are we kidding last year {coughcoughthelasttwoyears}? I mean, these are legit, first world problems that I don't know how to handle! :)

This photo exist to show: 1) I am alive and 2) I had a straight hair day. Haha.
The fact for my absence is several things, but I think really boils down to two.

Work. I work about 60 hours a week. To say it is overwhelming would be an understatement of drastic measures. :) I love what I do, but there are some things that make my job really hard. And ironically enough, it has nothing to do with the children or their behavior. So, I will let your mind run wild with what it possibly could be. After working xx amout of hours each day, returning to a computer is the last thing on my mind.

Autoimmune Failure. If I am feeling well, I am doing things with people after working those insane hours. If I am not feeling well, I am most definitely not sitting in front of a computer {which resembles WORK} and typing. Especially considering, a lot of my pain comes in my hands and not only does typing hurt, but it is HARD to do when in pain or with swollen hands.

But, this is not an announcement that I intend to continue to blog thrice annually. And it isn't an announcement that I had a New Year's Resolution to blog more, because I cannot commit to that. :) But what I am saying is, I do think you will see more of me around here.

Additionally, please leave YOUR blog address in comment because apparently in my absence Dashboard on Blogger has disappeared and that is where I used to follow all of you. :)

Maybe I will see you on the flip side. ;)
