So, uh ... I made dinner.

Something shocking happened last weekend.

Shocking, I say!

Brace yourself for this one, folks. You might want to be sitting down.

I ... made dinner {with Claire, obvi}.

BUT! My point is this, it is a dinner so easy that I could have made it without Claire or anyone else. I know, I know. That doesn't seem right. But it is true!

Confession: it is a Pinterest recipe, so you have probably seen it before. Heck, you have probably made it before and here I am, like, a year later trying to "share" it with you.

Whatevs. Pretend this is exciting, because it was for me, okay?

Italian Seasoned Chicken

Chicken, yo
1 stick of buttah
Italian Dressing Package (the mix)

Chop the potatoes
Dump in pan
Chop chicken (only if you want)
Dump in pan
Grab green beans
Dump in pan
Grab Italian seasoning
Sprinkle into pan
Melt buttah
Pour into pan

With an oven temperature of 350*, leave in an hour.

And voila! You become domestic!

P.S. "Dump" is a word that generally be avoided at all costs. This post is not exempt, but notice how that didn't stop me.

P.P.S. I am not on Pinterest. I just "hear" about things on it.

P.P.P.S. If you are interested in seeing some of my other fabulous recipes go here and here. I think you will be glad you did.

I sort of do that with potatoes when I'm not feeling up to actually cooking. Dice them, toss in olive oil and italian dressing mix, spread on a baking sheet covered in tin foil and bake until the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy. Super easy and tasty side...unless your me and then sometimes just the potatoes is dinner with a dollop of sour cream on top or cheese melted over them.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person not on Pinterest. It's nice to know I'm not alone. :)
